The Blue Elephant Affair benefits Colonial CASA, a non-profit organization serving the abused and neglected children of Williamsburg and James City County. Colonial CASA trains community vlounteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates - citizens appointed buy the local judicary system to be advocates, assisting and supporting the smallest of victims, abused and neglected children who are embroiled in the court system through no fault of their own.
